Detailed Trade Lead Description
The COOLCEL moisture-absorbing and sweat release staple yarn is a differentiated fiber with its cross section resembling the letter "H" (shown as follows), produced by pure spinning or blended spinning with cotton, viscose and other fibers. The grooves on fiber surfaces feature strong capillary effect, which is efficient in moisture release performance. The surface area of the fiber is nearly one time large than fibers with round cross sections, and therefore the diffusion area is approximately one time larger than round-cross-section fibers. Hence, its moisture absorption and release performances are better than cotton and viscose fibers. Meanwhile, the fiber features high wet yield modulus, therefore it does not perform as spongy fiber does. Being effective in adjusting the microclimate between fabrics and human skin, it also improves the wearing comfortableness. The geometric property of the fiber's cross section makes the fiber bear higher bending resistance than average round-cross-section fibers. It also enhances the fiber's bulkiness and breathability as well as eliminates the wax-like handle of polyester fabrics. But at the same time, the rigidity is increased too. But with the adoption of our COOLCEL yarns as well as a series of effective designs, the finished products feature optimized moisture-absorbing and sweat release performance, excellent handle and external appearance.
