| In total, we have 4 production lines. They include:
1. T/C spinning production line: counts 45sX45s density 110X70
Products include oxford and yarn-dyed stretch fabrics. Special finishing means can further make them feel smooth, soft and subtle. They are most featured for their wear-resistance, stable size and easy washing and quick drying.
2. 100% cotton series production line: counts 10s, 12s, 16s, 21s, 32s, 40s, 50s.
Products include crimp fabric, velvet, denim, poplin and chambray. Further finishing can realize the effect of compact structure, even surface, clear texture, smooth and soft and silk similitude.
3. Mid-fiber fabric production line (Polyester rayon)
We can make it look like woolen fabric and prevent it from balling up through processing the fabrics by special finishing means.
4. Specially or further processed fabrics production line
(1) Fire-retardant finishing
(2) Water-proof finishing
(3) Anti-bacteria finishing
(4) Raised fabric
(5) Pre-shrunk fabric
The products specially or further processed by us have been tested by the related departments and have all reached the standards required by the ministerial authority. |
