This machine is designed on the basis of our nationality and adopting the technology of foreign rapier looms. It’s applicable to weave multi-layer three-dimensional fabrics, especially grade 4-12 integral cores for fire retardant conveyor used in the coal mine or at the wharf. This machine fills the gap of high-grade conveyor integral core loom in our country.
Main Structures and Technical Parameters:
1. Reed width (mm): 1600, 1900, 1600×2.
2. Beating-up: conjugate cam mechanism beating-up with slay-separating form.
3. Weft insertion: rigid single-rapier double-weft insertion; having weft accumulator and weft tension compensating mechanism.

5. Let-off: positive let-off frame continuous let-off, adjustable tension.
6. Shedding: top-set double-dobby rigid shedding; pattern paper control; convenient to change varieties.
7. Overlocking: independent little shuttle overlocking mechanism.

13. Drive: main drive frequency stepless speed regulating.
14. Loom speed: 8-80rpm (economic speed 60rpm or so).
