High Pressure 4-8 Colors Yarn Dyeing Machine Post Date :2007-06-12 Expire Date :2008-06-11     View Basket High Temp High Pressure 4-8 Colors Yarn Dyeing Machine Detailed Trade Lead Description This machine can proceed sectional hank yarn dyeing through vacuum dyeing at normal temperature and high temperature color-fasten within 135 ํC. Any yarn material (including polyester) that can be dyed within 135 ํC is applicable to this machine. Main Components of this machine: - SUS304 S/S dosing transfer tank and SUS304 S/S lifting vacuum suction tank - Vacuum pump , cast iron vacuum tank , vacuum piping & valves ; - 8 sets of dye stuff stirrers sharing one China brand motor which drives the 8 stirrers with a rubber transmission belt, 8 sets of SUS304 S/S dye stuff preparation tanks and 8 sets of dye liquid transfer pumps ; - 2 sets of color fasten additive stirrers with 2 separate China brand motors and 2 sets of color fasten additive preparation tanks made of SUS304 S/S; - SUS 304 S/S control cabinet with Schneider brand electronic components and LG or MITSUBISHI PLC control automates the vacuum dyeing process in minus pressure; - Compress air control system imbedded in the control cabinet; - High temperature color-fasten tank made of SUS304 S/S with manual lock; - Two carts made of SUS304 S/S for color fasten (you can put one of the carts in the color fasten tank while loading dyed yarn on the other to get ready for next batch color fastening. This can keep the line running without wasting time for waiting). Technical data of this machine: - It can dye 4 to 8 colors at a time; - Capacity * Ideal capacity of the vacuum dyeing section is 25kg to 30kg / hr * Capacity of the color fasten chemical preparation tanks is 500L each * Volume of the dye stuff preparation tank is 400L each but can hold around 320L dye liquid and able to dye approximately 290kg cotton / acrylic yarn or 480kg polyester yarn each time when is loaded 320L; * Maximum capacity of the S/S cart is 100kg, which means the maximum capacity of the color fasten tank is 100kg/45~90min depending on the yarn material; - Maximum temperature in the color-fasten tank is 148 ํC; - Power consumption: Color fasten additive stirrer motor: 2.2kw/each, total 2pcs, 4.4kw Dye liquid stirrer motor: 3kw, 1 set only Dye liquid transfer pump: 0.75kw / each, total 8pcs, 6kw Vacuum pump: 15kw, 1 set only Total power: 28.4kw. - All pumps are made in China and designed by our engineer with unique functions to perform professionally; - Total area required to install this machine requires around 50sqm.
