| The tyre fabric loom is a new high speed tyre fabric loom with unique characteristic that consists of the new cam open mechanism, the outside electric run-in warp mechanism, the outside electric rolling-up mechanism, the pneumatically folding machanism, the motion temple device and the new type electric control system developed and designed by ourselves and the cam and counter cam filling and beating system of YJ-I model flexibile rapier loom through extensive absorption of cream in domestic and international tyre fabric loom according to the characteristic of tyre fabric on basis of YJ-I model flexible rapier loom. This product applies maily to weaving such products as tyre fabric, tarpaulin and hell fabric of polyamide and polyester fiber to supply skeletal materials for various tyre. This loom has many characteristic such as high weaving quality, fast operating speed, strong reliability, convenience adjustment of reed width, easy operation and maintenance and low use cost, ect. And it is the ideal option by the companies weaving tyre fabric.
