"JOFO" polypropylene filament nonwoven fabric is produced by Shandong Jofo Nonwoven Co., Ltd., who is the first one that introduced the STP 3 double-head production line from Italy. It annually turns out 6,000 tons of nonwovens. The drawing speed is 3500m/min. The single yarn can be as fine as 1.5 Denier. Due to the improvements of the spinneret and the drawing on the STP 3, the nonwoven produced by it is much better in evenness that that produced by the STP 2. And the double-head S-S nonwoven technology further improves its evenness. The production line has reserved space for static electronic separator, which will be added when the technology is due. By then, we'll be able to produce the best spun-bonded nonwoven fabrics with the advanced static electronic separating technology. The melt-down head can also be installed if necessary for production of S-M-S nonwovens.
To ensure best calendering, we use the calender exclusively manufactured by Germany KUSTER Company, who has been reputed for its extraordinary preciseness. Thus we can guarantee the relevant standards for our products.
For cutting, we use the spot linear high-speed rolling machine made by Italy CAIL Company. The complete line is equipped with the most advanced parts and can always maintain the quality of products.
