Detailed Trade Lead Description
● It is unit combined structure is adopted. Each unit includes four ￠800 stainless steel cylinders . The pre-parch cylinders is coated with Teflon.
● The wet yarn in each sizing box divided into two layers, then sent into dryer. There are 4 layers for drying from 2 sizing box.
● The cylinders are transmitted in groups, the predrying cylinders are toothless chain wheel and the incorporated cylinders are actively by tooth chain wheel. The chain is stretched by pneumatic.
● The steam cover is stainless, which force the exhausted wet and hot air by the centrifugal fans(single sizing box have two fans and dual sizing box have three fans)
