Automatic pillow machine is one of the developed equipments in our factory. It is assembled with a blending storage, fiber transportation equipment, fiber opener, one fiber box and two or more pillow blowers. It is the highest and developed technology in China in this present.
The whole set can be handled by only 2 operators for the 2 pillow blowers separately with reasonable automatic system assemblage. It is very simple operation and high working capacity providing which is the best choice for the high labor cost area factories in the world market.
By metallic self-lock wires for the rollers the raw material can be opened for more than 98% and the fiber conjugate can not be damaged. It is the best way to produce the fibers until now in China with long life using.
