Detailed Trade Lead Description |
Introduction: We produce all types of gill boxes for carding, slivering and fore-spinning processes of wool spinning. The gill boxes mainly splice, card and draw slivers after the preceding process to make the fibers straight and parallel, orderly arranged, as well as improve the homogeneity degree and produce comparatively complete slivers for rear process. According to wool spinning technics, we currently produce gill boxes with types of B302, B303, B304, B304A, B305, B305A, B305B, B306, B412, B423, B432, B442, of which B302,B303,B304,B304A are mainly for carding, B305,B305A,B305B,B306 are mainly for slivering and B412, B423, B432, B442 are mainly for the fore-spinning of worsted spinning. The basic configurations of types of gill boxes above are the same, which are formed by the feeder, the intersecting carding box and the sliver delivery and shaping part. Among them, the carding boxes, as the main working modules, are identical with each other, with only the needle density of gill faller varied according to technical requirements. The machine delivers the wool slivers to carding box through d. h. roller and back roller. In a carding box, an upper gill faller with its needles downwards and a lower gill faller with its needles upwards intersect and insert into the fibers. In this way, the fibers are controlled. They move with gill faller to fast revolving front roller, be taken by front roller to finish the carding and drafting, and then enter sliver delivery and shaping frame. There is an autoleveller equalizer in wool sliver finishing gill box and fore-spinning front process gill box to improve the evenness of slivers and fix the change of quality within certain range. This suite of equipment features high speed, large output, high share of use (sliver cans of B suite of wool slivers share the same specifications), convenient management for the user, well-configured slivers with high evenness applicable for processing wool fibers, man-made fibers and synthetic fibers.
Range of Applicable Fibers: Machines with types of B302, B303, B304B, B305, B305A, B306, B306A, B412, B423 and B442 are applicable for wool, man-made, synthetic and blended fibers. Structure of the machine: carding and drafting: carding and drafting machine is formed by the front roller, the carding box and the back roller etc. The front roller includes a big and a small fluted rollers, as well as a Buna-N-rubber roller, for the purpose of fibers control. As the main part of the machine, the carding box includes two pairs of working screws, two pairs of retracting screws, four pairs of rails and 88 gill fallers intersected upwards and downwards, buffers and shuttle races. There are trilobal beaters on working screws and retracting screws. When the machine is working, gill fallers are driven by screws and repeat carding motion in a line. The pressure brought by front rollers and the start and stop of carding box are controlled by step-on-type oil pump. The pressure brought by front rollers should not exceed 1.2MPa of surface pressure. |
