Mercerizing padder: vertical padder with a stationary top roller, the two nip rollers are made of nitrile-butadiene rubber with a shore hardness of 70°
Washing padder: 2 bowl inclining padder. The top roller is made of nitrile-butadiene rubber with a shore hardness of 70°,while the bottom one made of stainless steel.
Straight bowls: the top bowl is made of nitrile-butadiene rubber with a shore hardness of 70°, while the bottom one with its micro-screw surface is made of stainless steel.
Washing box is made of 3mm thick stainless steel plate (1Cr18Ni9Ti). The fabric is introduced by upper and lower guiders with a diameter of 150mm. External bearing and mechanical seal is adopted for the lower guider, while synchronous tension is regulated by duplex variable tension bracket.
Transmission: synchronous regulator drive via conversion of multi-unit alter-tomatically controlled by computer through digital setting and display.
Heat source: steam 0.4Mpa
Working compressed air pressure:0.6-0.8Mpa
