Ⅰ. Application:

It’s applied to the dry or wet mercerizing for all cotton or bast fabrics or their mixtures so as to achieve a moderate strength and density, thus improving the fabrics luster, hand touch, dyeability and dimensional stability.

Ⅱ. Main technical parameters and features

1. Mode: Tenteying with straight bowls and clips

2. Guide roller width: 1800~3600mm

3. Max. machine speed: 70m/min

4. Processing speed: 20~60 m/min

5. Fabric content in mercerizing zone

Strong lye impregnating zone: 25.5m

Tentering zone: 12.9m

Stabilizing zone: 17m

Impregnating for 50s: 2445m
