1.Properties:
The relevent parameter are controled and inspected bymicrocomputer, and displayed by means of digital. In the machine there are the front or back fixed flat and carding plate, the inspections for automatic stop motion of the doffer returning flow of fibers, heavy folding, broken top, etc., speed of silver-exiting anddrafing times, and the display on fixed length.
0.56 mm of small heel and toe is used on the flat, which can update the carding efficiency. The stepless variable speed for frequency conversion on doffer electrical machine, the idling new end forming, rapid turning and continuous suction form are also included in the machine.
