Heating power is 48kw, length is 1450mm, heater plates consists of up- heating-board and down-heating-board. Every heater plates's temperature is controlled separately, and through tempreture controller to adjust and keeping invaviablenes, and through thermoelectric couple to measure the temperature. The setting range of each is adjustable between 0 and 200. When the machine is ' start' and ' stop', the heater plates can close and open automatically, that can ensure the fibre to be heated equably in start and stop.
