FB722 Wool-spinning Twisting MachineProfile

1、purpose
Type FB721 or FB722 Worsted Twisting Frame is the most advanced Worsted twister now in our country. This twisting frame is used for twisting the yarn doubled by the Doubling Winder and then winding it onto bobbin for winding and knitting. It is suitable for worsted wool twist, twist wool, chemical fibres or their blends.

The frame shows simple formation with ideal distance between the framesides, efficient running of the machine and firm structure. The main motor is installed in the off end, it is convienient for checking or over-hauling and speed changing. For high speed running and twist direction changing, tin pulley, rolling bearing and double tape tension pulleys are adopted for spindle driving. It applies double sides twisting and its suitable S.Z. twisting for the headstock drive system. Double-row cross horizontal creel for FB721 whereas three-row is for FB722 with vertically and horizontally crossing arrangment. Autostop mechanism adopts plug in slic type. Oil film with damping absorption of vibration high speed spindles are adopted, which is widely suited with less vibration. The lifting system of draw-suspended type for the lifting of Lappet Rail, Ring Rail and the Ballon Guide shows the high level of automation and easy operation. The empty bobbins are transmitted to the off End by the Conveyer Belt.

The frame has more improvements than which produced by other plants. It is added low-speed Start device which can cut down the broken end and twist irregularity. The extent of bearingize is increased and the bearing brackets of the Worm-gear and Worm are turned into the whole type which can be ensured the precision of transmission. The adoption of magnetism sensor switch instead of mechanic stroke switch increase the sensitivity and reliability of automation.
