Felt and blanket
Polyester felt is a synthetic needle punched felt made from polyester fibers. This general purpose felt is made in various densities with thicknesses ranging from .019" to 2". often made in comparable density and thickness to SAE pressed wool felt. This material is commonly used for filtration applications, gaskets, wipers, and padding in a wide variety of industries. We can custom manufacture this material to virtually any density.
Anti Squeak & Rattle felt is normally a thin gauge polyester supplied either in rolls with adhesive (PSA) or as cut parts. We are a leading supplier of black & white anti-squeak & rattle felt both converters and end users. We make this material 60" wide, with widths ranging from 0.5mm to 5mm thick.
