FG306 Type Air Splicer
The spraying air splicer type FG306 is mainly used for
the water absorbed fibre which is hardly kontted by the usual splicer, the spraying medium and the high pressure
air worked both to the fibres at twisting proccess and
makes a great change of the kontting propert.

FG307
system is develop from FG306. It designs for
splice with core yarn.

Using Yarn:
cotton, ramie, flex and their blends yarn(including rotor
spinning), cotton and chemical fibres blend yarn, or thread
Adaption to the density of yard:
single yarn 120-10 tex (5-6Ne) compound yarn 7/2-5/2 tex
(16/2-120/2Ne)
Retaining the splice strength:
Over 75% of the original yarn
Water consumption:
0.008-0.011ml/once
Spraying medium:
distillation water for industy
