Our own factory, Zibo Xinli Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. is a professional manufactory in producing many kinds of fiberglass productswith ISO9001 standard.
Fiberglass yarns:
It is made from many 4 - 9 microns glass fiber filaments which are then gathered and twisted into one finished yarns. It is widely used in the production of fabric as finished well as electrical wrapping materials. The individual requirement of any fabric shall be up to the adjusting filament diameter, tex number, yarn twist and number and of-plied yarns as well.
Our company produces many kinds of glass fiber yarns, the weight is from 5.5 to 14.0(gsm) and the average breaking strength is from 3.56 to 34.80 (n).
C-glass and e-glass milk bottle-liked yarns:
It is retreating and twisting yarn produced by using advance equipment. The stand yarn is high quantity PCR bobbin, which can reach to 4kg/bobbin. It is little splinter. The scope of twist is large and easy to transport, which can be used as raw material of textile. The annual output is 1,000MT which come first on the list in China. Most of the products are exported to Europe, the U.S.A., Japan, South Korea and other countries. The yarn can be made according to the requirements of customers.
Neutral and alkali free textile spun yarns:
It is a kind of additional twisting and plying yarns. With the properties of high strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance and high moisture absorption, no-alkali yarn has high electric insulation and can be used to produce weaved wires, coated layers of wires, casing pipes, blasting fuses, winded wire insulation materials of electric machinery, woven cloth and other industrial yarn as well. Our company can supply the milk bottle, big and small paper cube and other cube yarns with different shapes and roll weights.
