1 no. Sieve Drum Dryer make FLEISSNER

year of construction: 1980
working width: 1800 mm (reduced to 1400 mm at the moment by use of covers)
4 sieve drums with 4 m² drying surface
heating area: 16 m²
2 gas burners of each 600 kW – alternate heating by wooden pellets
possible at extra charges
Material feed and exit as per customer’s requirements.
Additional chill drum with board equipment for meterware can be supplied
at extra costs
new items: adjustable central drive, wiring, PLC control with display (Siemens)
with switch plans , drums driven by cardan shafts.

Linking with other units possible.

To be used for drying of fiber flakes but also suitable for meterware
Condition: excellent

The machine was only occasionally running in a Technical College and stopped in September 2005.
Dismantling was made by a specialized team whereby the main body of the machine was transported in one piece
thus allowing a quick re-assembly.
