GD129 Twisting MachineProfile
I、purpose
This machine is mainly used for doubling with twist in Chemical fibre filament, spun and natural. It can be realized the process while the network machine, winding machine and Two-for-one twister can not be in getting the fabric with special style.
II、character
1. It makes the yarns have a good concentrate performance by doubling with twist and steady unwinding during next process.
2. With the double-roller unit, the revolution of the two rollers can be regulated separately to make the tension of the output yarn more steady and fit to doubling different yarns. It can not be only doubling the yarns with twist in different directions but also can make some pattern variety thread.
3. The tension of single or plied yarn can be regulated respectively in two ways so as to use conveniently.
4. Single yarn or plied thread can be stopped feeding automatically when the end breakage happened.
5. All the technological parameters can be regulated in stepless numerical control and indicated at the same time.
6. All the forms in parallel winding can be got.
7. The machine can be used for winding, doubling without twist, with twist, single twist and variety twist etc.
