German Mahlo adopts the most advanced technique so as to make you get and control technique parameters in the after-finishing process. In the global textile business, the widely used process control system includes the following major modules:
1. RFMC: test and revise abb slanting caused in the manufacturing process.
2. VMT: test the temperature of the fabric surface and control the speed of setter so as to reach the best setting effect and maximum output.
3. PMC: test density of fabric and control setter feeding so as to reach the needed intensity and specific gravity.
4. QMS: online measure and control the specific gravity per square meters, humidity and thickness of the fabric.
5. EMC: test and control the temperature, humidity, exhaust gas humidity and other parameters during setting.
6. Other equipment used to test and control fabric patterns, piece goods, aberration among left, middle and right, and mid-splitting facilities.
