Horsehair interlining is the first choice auxiliary materials for traditional western style suits and first-class garments. The horsehair interlining is made of colored pure cotton or colored polyester as warp and colored natural horsetail hair as weft in plain weave with special technology. Fabric width is usually from 40cm to 60cm depending on the length of the natural horse tail hair. It has the following features: high density, strong spring and stiffness, smart, wash-resisting, wear-resisting, lasting in keeping shape, human body and environment friendly, etc.
The horsehair interlining after special treatment-non-formaldehyde finishing, will have no surging under the 245N tension, and have less than 1% shrinkage rate after dry-cleaning, less than 1% of ironing rate, and they possess good permeability.
The suits made of horsehair interlining could fit any required body shape. The horsehair interlining could make the suits plim, submissive, wrinkle-proofing and finalizing the design permanently. |
