The drawframe Model HQ306 is a new generation drawframe designed based on the advanced technology of the same products at home and abroad.The curvilinear drafting system of 3 over 3 with pressure bar is suitable for pure or blended of cotton.cotton-type fibre of 22-76mm,All kinds of silver processed by the machine could be excellent quality affter the last passage.Gear boxes in headstock and tailstock are enclosed to keep from leaking and all gears in the gear box are in oil=bath .Rocking the handle to drive changing gears in the headstock may adjust draft range.This method is convenient and reliable.The cinstruction design of sliver guideframe is all new,it is a fine-looking construction The tension can be regulated according to the different need.The new construction for spring loading is adopted to improve the stability and reliability.And the conversion speed-regulation is optional to make the operation easier.The electric system is controlled by PLC,inHQ306A which facilitates maintenance and improve reliability of controlling system.Stable and reliable automatic can changing device greatly saves labor.
