Application:
The HDPE/PP/PVC dual-wall corrugated pipe production line developed by Jwell is mainly applied for draining, sewage systems in cities.

Performance & Advantages:
The professional designed and carefully manufactured JWSB series (φ110-φ800) HDPE/PVC dual-wall corrugated pipe wholly computerized production line is featured with advantages of high output, stable extrusion, high automatic degree, etc.

Extruder:
The extruder can be designed according to customer’s materials, with new high effect single spiral lobe extruder for HDPE and larger parallel double or cone double extruder for PVC.

Moulds & Assistant Machines:
Molding machine and head are of high precision and sound interoperability of moulds. The mould cooling ways include water cooling and air cooling, which enable online mouth expanding and ensure the performance index of molded pipelines. The circular dual blade cutting machine is of perfect cut precision. The entire production line employs human-computer interface control system of Siemens which is highly automated. The PVC dual-wall corrugated pipe can be produced by replacing the extruder and relative parts. The equipment has been widely adopted in Shandong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanxi, Xinjiang, etc.
