Performance & Advantages:
The HDPE/MDPE flow pipe and gas pipe production line developed by JWell is highly automated with unique structure, convenient operation and stability for continuous production. The pipelines delivered by this production line are of proper rigidity, intensity, as well as sound flexibility, creep resistance, environmental stress cracking resistance, and nice welding performance. They have become the first choice for urban gas pipe and outdoor service pipe constructions.
Components:
The production line consists extruder, Head, sizing refrigeration system, drawer machine, planetary cut-offs and upending frame. There are two extruders in every production line, the major one of which employs powerful feed bushing and high effect spiral lobes, while the minor one is used for sign line extrusion.
Mould Tools & Assistant Machines:
The head is the latest design of basket head or compound spiral split extrusion head, featured with convenient adjustment and well-proportioned delivery. The diameter fixing mould employs the unique notch technique and circulative water cooling to ensure the molding precision of pipelines.
The control system with advanced PLC and big color screen LCD has perfect alarm system and qualified Chinese human-computer interface, enabling a convenient operation. |
