This is a super-wide heavy loom designed for paper making felt base web in line with our nationality. It is applicable to weave high-strength paper making felt base web with true selvedge, especially ring base web fabrics.

1、Range of polyester monofilament: 0.10～0.5mm or 0.2mmx6ply
2、Weft density: 50～360 picks/10cm
Warp density: 60～180 ends/10cm
3、Reed width: 8～17m
4、Economic speed: 25rpm
5、Power of the complete machine: 33～41KW
6、Weight: about 60～80T
7、Overall dimension:
length×width×height: (155200～225200)×6485×2600 (mm)

Main Structures:
1、Framework: The main wallboard adopts iron box structure, the complete machine is combined with fissions, space between each of them is 1780mm.
2、Main drive: adopting bilateral motor two-sided coaxial drive, double pneumatic clutch.
3、Weft insertion mechanism: adopting hydraulic or pneumatic picking mode , two-sided 2x2 shuttle box shuttle-changing weft selector, pneumatic shuttle checking.
4、Shedding mechanism: adopting bilateral broad blade side-drawing dobby device, 16 heald frames.
5、Beating-up mechanism: adopting multi-fissions combined crank four-linkage weft beating.
6、Take-up mechanism: adopting electronic control three-roller positive take-up.
7、Temple mechanism: rotary temple plus pulled-in control device.
Ring temple plus pulled-in control device.
8、Let-off mechanism: adopting electronic control positive let-off (single warp beam, flange-separating warping).
9、Web-rolling mechanism: adopting external superficial web rolling driven by independent torque motor.
10、Lubricating system: the complete machine adopts auomatic grease lubrication and hand pump centralized oil lubrication.
11、Control system: with PLC computer control system, the complete machine can freely set up various parameters and automatically display faults.
