This machine is mainly used to weave multi-layer three-dimensional fabrics with smooth sides, especially used to weave grade 3-8 conveyor fire resistant integral core used in the coal mine or at the wharf.

Main Constructions and Technique Parameters:
1. Reed width: 1400, 1600
2. Beating: crank axle link bar weft beating
3. Weft insertion: rigid single-rapier double-weft insertion; having weft accumulator and weft tension compensating mechanism with weft detector and automatic weft stopping.
4. Shedding: top-set single-dobby rigid shedding; signal-paper control; convenient to change varieties.
5. End catching: independent little shuttle end catching mechanism
6. Take-up: ratchet type porcupine roller active clearance take-up; adjustable weft density.
