ZCJ series of pinboard machine is designed on the basis of consulting foreign sample machines and the actual situation of papermaking web factories. The function is remarkably optimized and improved to ensure greater applicability, more advanced technique and higher reliability.
The control system adopts new micro-computer controller, and the actuator adopts pneumatic control. With perfected communication function, the machine can deliver net-vain document from instruction-accepting machine to pinboard machine and vice versa, even between pinboard machines. With direct and clear display system, it can display current net-vain number, working step number, data block number for storing net-vain document, and the out-put condition of heald frame value, at the same time, it has the function of prompting mistaken messages.
