Detailed Trade Lead Description

Plush Toy Stuffing Machine Line is assembled with one raw material opening machine, one mini fiber transporter and the stuffer. It can be used for stuffing plush toys, cushion and other soft stuffing productions. The stuffing nozzle can be exchanged with soft PVC pipe, so that you can operate it to fill large productions simply.
The suitable material can polyester fiber that siliconized that shorter than 100mm and other soft stuffing material. You can also mix different materials according to the requirement.
There is automatic fiber conveyer assembled in front of the machine which is able to send the fiber raw material into the rollers automatically and continuously. It saves labor cost and safe for operators.
By developed rollers that assembled with Metallic Self-lock Wire that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged.
According the different specification of the raw material the capacity can be from 150kg to 180kg per hour.
By reasonable roller assemblage which can be 5 times using life than normal standard and the carding cloth is locked tightly itself one by one seems like a net that is not easy to be broken completely when any metal screw or other things coming into the rollers.
It will save a lot labor cost by this line as we connected the stuffer to the opener directly. By this way, to have this line you need to configure one air compressor powerful 7.5kw to 11kw.
The whole set can be done by only 3 operators, but the working capacity can be as much as 50 operators hand working.
