I. Light Weight
With polypropylene rasin as the main material,the specific gravity is
only 0.9,3/5 of that of cotton and has good loftiness and hand feeling.
II. Soft
Thermo-bonded formation of light dot fine fiber (2-3D). The finished
productsisfeatured for moderate softness and excellent comfort.
III. Water-proof and permeating
Non-toxicity, non-irritating. The products are manufactured using raw material in accordance with FDA food grade, and do not contain any other chemical compositions. Also, the products are property-stable, non-toxic, foreign-tasteless, non-stimulative to skin.
IV. Non-toxicity and non-irritating
All materials can reach the requirements by FDA For Food and do not containother chemical contents. The products is stable during usage and free fromtoxicity and irritation and will not cause any effect on human skin.
V. Anti-bacteria and anti-chemical agents
The passive polypropylene is free from moth attacks and can be used toseparate corrasion of the bacteria and moth stored in fluid. The finishedproduct will not be affected by bacteria or alkali agents in regards of density .
VI. Good Density
Good physical properties. The strength of the products is far higher than that of the short fiber, and longitudinal/transverse strength are near, softening point is about 160C. Some special treatments, such as hydrophilic, dyeing, flame-retardant, antistatic, printing etc, can be made or the products. Also, compounding with plastics, a polymeric composite rolled cloth can be formed. And just this composite rolled cloth becomes a new industrial material, which and widely replace traditional textiles, plastics, paper, etc. |
