Siddhi Engineers an ISO 9001:2000 certified company in India, is a pioneer in Precision Aluminium Tubes drawing. We have developed special manufacturing technique which is suitable for making close tolerance with precision inside surface finished Cots Tube.

Specific grade of Aluminium material is used to produce cots tube, for better rubber bonding along with good ductility, close internal dimension and internal surface finish.

 Internal Diameter Tolerance : ± 0.025mm
All the tubes are measured with Go- No Go plug gauges to give assured dimensions stability.

 Internal Surface Finish: Ra ≤ 0.5 µ.
All the tubes are supplied with high surface finished, measured by state of the art Surface Roughness measuring instrument which can measure 0.000001 of a millimeter.

 Straightness: 0.7mm in the length of 1000mm.
As this tubes are straightened in the Six Roll Straightening machines, which gives best straightness required for the end application.

 Length: Standard length is 1000mm.
It can also be supplied as per the customer required length. The length tolerance is +3.00mm / - 0.00mm.

 Size Range: We had already developed 114 prevailing sizes of cots tube. We have special sizes available for texturing Cots, Comber Cots & Draw frame cots along with 19BRD standard cots. Any size required by the customer can be supplied on request.

 Quantity & Delivery: We can supply all variety of Cots Tube in Smaller lots with quick delivery. Most of the sizes are available Ex-stock.
