The programming-control is improved, it can be changed according to the different kind of fabric and features, such as synthetic-fibre fabric, velvet, all kinds of knitted fabric. So this machine can be used to different kinds of fabric.
Automatic running method : it can save all kinds of programs which can be called according to fabric, this can guarantee quality of raising.
Manual running method : you can save the cloth-feeding, zero raising point and grinding of the fillet, the operation is very convenient.
This design is made by 3D software, machine structure is very stable, vibration and noise is reduced to very lower step.
Block construction system makes function converting and maintenance very simple.
LCD control panel with touch-screen display.
All program parameters can be programmed either when the machine stops off or its workig.
Jogging running of each device with independent driving.
Automatic pneumatic tension control of driving belts.
