Sliver lapper model FA355 is used as precombing machine preparatory to the subsequent cotton comber.It combines cotton slivers into a sheet by means of a draft which is then formed into a lap for feeding the comber.

FEATURES: Sliver lapper Model FA335 consists of headstock, drafting system, elevatad platform, lap magazine,electric control box and air compressor etc. components.
The pneumatic and electric controlare combined in the head stock, which enforce automatic charging bobbin, threading-up of the sliver sheet, lapping and automatic doffing of the full lapetc.
The adoption of the PLC of Siemens. Germany simplifies and stabilifiesthe control of the machine.
The drafting system is 2 over 3 drafting arragement and double spring saddle weighting. The machine is equipped with cleaning device to clear waste fly.
Elevated platform parts can be arranged for 24 sliver cans and equipped with sliver breaking stop motion.
The full lap can be discharged from the lap magazine automaticallv and 6 laps can be stored.
