Detailed Trade Lead Description

Reed width: 2200mm (the breadth of the warp yarn on the steel reed)
Rotating speed: 70-80 rotate/min
Filling insertion: double picking.
The dimension of the shuttle: 440*42*32mm
Opening: double opening-dobby ground warp opening, 8 frames, cam-controlled positive lifting and down-pulling motion. The needles 1280, with 12 lines. Upper shed, the max. height is 250mm. The opening of two jacquards could be united. The supporting ladder of the opening could be provided also.
Let-off: adjustable positive letting-off.
Ground warp: two beams.
Pile warp: warp creel, could provide.
Take-up: intermission transport take-up. The gears is responsible for the density of weft. Pile-cutting on the machine.
Density of weft: 50-200/10cm.
Beating up: 5 crank beating-up motion
Height of pile: max. 22mm
