TW-6833C upper pin is a new product manufactured and launched to the market. It is designed on base of the homologous products by innumerous technical experiments and improvement. Its structure and designing principle are superior to those of the homologous products of other factories.
Its main part is made of hyper rigid modern strengthened fiber material, and infused with a special material for efficiently resisting static during infusing. After infusing, its taken some particular technical treatment for getting excellent solidity, flexibility, and stability as well. Its solidity can be compared with metal materials. The upper pin band spring and upper pin spring are made of imported materials by special technology, so both of them have perfect elasticity, flexibility, and anti-fag. The two slices are manufactured with the imported abrasion-resistant material, so they can be more slippery and stable than the common strengthened fiber nylon upper pin on the transmission, and wont bring the phenomenon of damp. All this is a reliable assurance for improving the quality of yarn.
