Vacuum Pillow Baling Press
1. The machine is used for the baling of fluffy products like pillow core, quilt and mattress. It can reduce both the size of package and transportation charges, make the product damp- proof, dust- proof and easy to carry about. The Japanese patented oilless lubricated cylinder adopted in this machine makes it clean and easy for maintenance.
2. Operation method:
Put a pillow core into a plastic film bag. put the bag into the baling press. Then step down the foot switch. The pressing plate will automatically press the pillow core flat and automatically seal the bag by heat. When the sealing line cools down, loosen the step switch. When the press plate rises up, take out the pillow core. Thus one operational cycle is finished.
3. Baling speed: twice every minute.
4. Width of the seal: 700 mm, the maximum length of the product : 900 mm. The biggest height 300mm.
5. Power source for sealing: 220 V, 50 Hz , 1.5 KW, single phase .
