It is suitable for the feeding material, yarn with mesh bobbin and soft bobbin, synthetic fiber long thread with fiber number of 30-210D,150-300D,210-1800D (Be chosen and equipped), to wind rolling in loose cylinder with double tight edges of column shape, which used for cylinder dyeing or the finished yarn.
It is equipped with frequency conversion speed controller, which could control winding length counting, full automatic stopping and contactless automatic stopping for realizing constant thread speed winding. It has functions of spindle speed frequency conversion controlling and overfeeding automatic tracing. It makes winding and overfeeding yarn have best coordination for ensuring the nicety of rolling. It is the ideal winding equipment for loose type at present.
