The machine is weaving facilities that produces raised pile, velvet, plain-velvet. It usually uses chemical fibre as polyester, polyamide, acylic, polypropylene and viscose or natural flbre as spinning cotton yarn, blended yarn etc. It is alse suitable for knitting dyed or plain double- needle bar fabric with short-piled(plle height 1.5 - 6mm) and spacer fabrics(thickness 3 - 12mm). The fabric feels plump and gentle and won t come off the base cloth. It can be widely used for producing decorative fabrics as automobile sofacovers, pattern bed clothes, side cloth, cotton blanket, curtains, it can be used for producing apparel fabric as underclothes (such as brassiere), sportswear,beach wear, bathing dress, slop, shoulder pads, and industrial textiles as well.
