Wool contains impurity in the form of dirt,suint,grease,and other animal excretions that must be removed before the wool fibre can enter the production process.It is essential that these impurities are removed carefully to preserve the mechanicat integrity of the fibre.

CMT Overworld Machinery Company Limited offers a full range fo scouring plant for the cleaning of wide variety of wool types varying in fineness.length and degree fo impurity.

-Plant design is modular and bowl length can be varied depending on the likely range fo materials to be processed.varying depending on production envisaged and on the likely range of materials to be processed.

-All bowls are constructed using AISI 304 stainless steel and insulated to avoid heat loss.

-Each bowl is supplied with a cover to retain heat and to prevent the release of steam into the workplace atmosphere.

-Bowls are constructed with multiple hopper bottoms for very dirty wool,andwith inclined sides and screw discharge of impurity for medium dirty or normal wools.

-An impregnation roller is installed at the entry to each bowl to ensure that the wool is immersed in the scouring solution.

-The transprot harrow is pneurmatically driven to propel the wool forward in the bowl.The rate of advancement of the wool is variable and can be adjusted depending on the wool type being processed.

-Squeeze presses are pneumatically operated to provide pressures up to 15 tonnes.

-Each bowl has two side bowls to allow uninterrupted operation.

-High delivery recycling liquor pump.

-Particular bowl design to reduce water consumption.

-Low maintenance and time-programmed central lubrification.
