ZXD128 short fiber twister has a compact machine body and well-designed section measurement. It can effectively control the spinning tensile force. It is applicable for spinning of cotton, woolen, T/C, acrylic and blending yarns. The following are details:

1. Speed regulation by frequency converting, well-designed technical parameters, easy for regulation.

2. The spindle is lower and form a smaller air ring, ensuring a smaller tensile force to twist the yarn. The spindle tank is positioned softly, reducing vibration and enhancing stability.

3. Use capsule tensile force regulator which makes a wider twisting scope.

4. Use step brake for easier operation and simultaneously elongate the life span of tangential belt and spindles.

5. The winding tension can be freely regulated by pre-take-up roller and can be wound relaxed and be dyed directly.
