Detailed Trade Lead Description

I am looking for a specific type of of fabric. It appears to be thin pieces of clear string with a colored pieces weaved through out. If you cut a piece and pull the fabric, the strands will fray out. I am looking for this fabric specifically and not something similar. It must be exact. It's from a beach chair. Attached are photos. Please tell me the name of the fabric, price range and minimum order. Also, how many colors can be included with a minimum order? We are looking for a reliable supplier to order from on a cosistant basis. Thank you for your prompt response.
I have been told it may be PE Mesh Fabric.
