Detailed Trade Lead Description

I am in theprocess of developing a new bedding line. I require high quality large format screen printing on fine cotton. Our designs are LARGE illustrations(no repeat) so a print surface of 1.6m x 2.0m is required. We are not interested in cost cutting I only want to employ the finest materials and services.
What we require from you:
HighQuality large format screen printing.
Printingwith water-based inks only NOT plastico as a soft finish is a must. On darker colors discharge printing.
Printingonto Egyptian cotton thread count 250-400.
Sewingand packaging.

Weanticipate that production runs off 400-1000 units per month will be desiredonce company is in full production. Tostart with thou we anticipate a three month sampling phase before a firstproduction run. If your company isexcited by such project then please provide me with a quote for;
