Detailed Trade Lead Description

I am looking for someone who can make girls dresses following these requirements:
Dresses for play or everyday comfort. Not formalwear.
Fabric should be machine washable...100% cotton or a knit
Sizes ranging from 2T to 16 yr old
Slip over the head, zipper back or 3 to 4 button closure on chest...no button closure the whole way down the dress
No loud/outrageous color fabric patterns
Pockets on front are ok but not necessary
Short sleeve, long sleeve or jumper style (able to wear a shirt underneath)

1. Girls' Cap-sleeve Jersey Dress on page 1 (this could also be done in a long sleeve)
