Detailed Trade Lead Description

I am interested in mass producing a pillow that Icurrently make out of cloth and fill with grains. I would like thepillow to be inflatable with a microfiber material so that people cancomfortably lay directly on the pillow. Normal plastic would beuncomfortable and sticky on bare skin. The pillow must support atleast 300 lbs of pressure to support a person's body weight. Thepillow is in the shape of the letter "I" and detaches to three parts.It is not necessary to manufacture as three parts, but it would be aplus. Here are the dimensions as they are now.

Head pillow: each measurement leaves 1/2 inch on each side to allow for sewing

the flap that attaches

5"in length

Torso pillow:
12"in circumference
16"in length

Lower back pillow:
12"in circumference
13"in length
the flap that attaches
6"in circumference
5"in length

Ihave attached a picture of the pillow. Notice the 3 distinct sections. They are currently attached by velcro. This pillow could beconstructed as one unit, but I would like to know the cost of both asingle unit and a 3-part unit.
I would like to know how much it would cost to produce a prototype and what it would cost to manufacture in large quantities.
