Dear sirs,

We have an order for 45,000 Mtrs of 72” Jacquard grey fabrics to be completed by end July in grey stage or finished by 10th August. Please note this is the best delivery we can do I give below the parameters and settings we would require that I know of. Once you give positive signal, I can fly and meet you by afternoon or tomorrow. Our factory manager Mr. Sreenivasan will also join from Panipat.

Parameteres
Construction : 2/20s Combed x 2/20s Combed 64 x 48 on loom.
Width : 72” on Table OR 144” (Need Tuck-In Selvedge)
Loom : 2400 Hooks with Vdrop OR Jumbo

Note:
We already have Combed yarn stock with us, So for this order we can supply you the yarn and from future orders you can use your own yarn if required.

2nd Order
We have another order for 50,000 Napkins in Size 62cm x 62cm with Tuck-In selvedge. The delivery will be September.

Future Orders
We also have 23 other designs (some are yarn dyed) from Customer and we have to weave 3000 – 4000 Mtrs in each of this in the next 6 – 8 months and supply. This will mean an almost year round order for atleast 2 looms.
