We are seeking a manufacturer for our line of jeans as follows:

12oz basic 5-pocket men's jeans Dirty wash with whiskers Quantity 480,000 units

Suppliers must meet the following terms and conditions:

1. Factory must be certified with walmart, sears, jc penny etc

2. Factory must have sufficient capacity to supply large volumes on a timely basis

3. Method of payment is letter of credit at sight drawn by a prime us bank

4. Goods are for USA and prices must be CIF

5. Company profile will be required

6. Copies of certification for walmart, sears, jc penny etc will be required
