We are the largest manufacturer of automobile seats and covers in sri lanka for the entire range including motorcycles, trains and boats.
Not only we are the market leader in the country, but also export our products to other countries including Japan and in the process of expanding our markets to USA and France.
We are looking for quality fabric suppliers, who could supply us on the regular basis, as per the following specifications, for our new project.
Volume of the order quantity is high and this is a regular order.
1. 100 per cent polyester knitting (low end) 95g per sq. Mblue with foam laminated. Foam backing weight 25.3 KG per cbm
2. 100 per cent polyester (low end) 123g per sq. M blue colour with foam laminated. Foam backing
weight 25.3 KG per cbm
3. 100 per cent smooth poly, color blue 117g per sq. M 4. 100 per cent polyester non woven black, weight 110gm per sq. M
5. 100 per cent cotton sheeting 20 x 20/60 x 60 blue 948 royal material 4.4 oz per square yard with foam laminated. Foam backing weight 22 KG per cbm with printed design
6. velour:100 per cent polyester 75d, color black 144gm per sq. M 7. 100 per cent vinyl, color black weight 150gm per sq. M
8. 100 per cent polyester penn velvet 220gm per sqm (60 inch) purple 269c
9. 100 per cent polyester velour, color black 160g per sq. M
10. 100 per cent polyester imitation suede 142.5gs per sq. M tan colour foam:1.5cm thick
11. 100 per cent polyester imitation suede 142.5g per sq. M brown colour with foam laminated. Foam backing weight 25.3 KG per cbm
12. 100 per cent polyester interlock, color brown 117g per sq. M

General requirements for all the materials listed above are as indicated below.
1. color fastness to crocking (aatcc 8 3.5 dry per 2.5 wet)
2. abrasion sae j948 200 cycle
3. flammability standard fmvss302 (foam)
4. foam 0.0713 cfc free
