A)Components:

Viscose Polyester
- Blend 40 % 60%
- count 3 Denier 2.2 denier
- Mean fiber length 10mm 88mm

Type : first choice , branded , semi dull , anti pilling and treated with antistatic, lubricant and softening agents polyester surface free from oligomer.

B)The blended tops:

-free from slubs, married fibers and inferior faults
-Neps content : less than 750 /kg max with 1 – 3mm ø of nep size
-Silver weight : 20±0.5 gm/mt c.v % 3 %
-Delivery : bumped tops from 10 -12 kg
-Humidity : according standard
-Fastness proprieties : not less than :
Light: 5/8 steaming: 4/5
Perspiration: 4/5acid or alkali rubbing: 4/5
Heating: 4/5 (wet and dry) crabbing: 4/5
