I am looking to produce uniforms. The uniforms are for a security guard company and they will consist of SHIRTS, WOVEN PATCHES and PANTS. I require the woven patches to be produced in-house and to be sewn onto the shirts.

SHIRT- White - 1,500 pieces
Weight: 4.5oz
Fabric: 65% cotton / 35% polyester

SHIRT - Black - 500 pieces
Weight: 4.5oz
Fabric: 65% cotton / 35% cotton

Military style pocket with double Velcro closure
Scalloped lined flaps.

Two front and two back stitched creases

WOVEN PATCHES - 4,000 pieces

The successful manufacturer should possess the following abilities:
1) Be able to accommodate my Order Quantity of 1,000 White shirts; 500 black shirts; and 1,000 pairs of pants
2) Be able to produce the Woven PATCHES in house and sew them onto the uniform;
3) Will be able to produce a SAMPLE and have them to me by July 15th;
4) Be able to Assume the COST of producing the sample for me before I place the order;
5) Able to provide a detailed quote, including COST PER PIECE for the Shirt / Pant set;
