PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY RESPOND TO THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME A QUOTE BASED ON THE PATTERN. I HAVE MORE PICS TO HELP.
I am requesting a price for stitching and quilting a blanket with fabric and materials I provide. The cover of the blanket consists of 12 squares, 20.5 inches (1/4 seam allowance) stitched together in three columns and four rows. This cover, plus batting and a backing are assembled for quilting.
Quilting consists of stitching four smaller squares within each of the 12 squares and stitching along all the seams of the cover. The edging of the backing over the cover is stitched around the entire blanket.
The attached pic is the mockup of my quilt in muslin
Width: 62 inches Length: 82 inches (includes 1 inch edging)
Twelve 20 inches blocks.
Four squares stitched within each block.
All seams top stitched.
One-inch edging of backing over the cover.
Filler, various thicknesses.
ALL MATERIALS WILL BE PROVIDED (except batting), BID PRICE REQUESTED IS FOR STITCHING AND QUILTING ONLY.
I am looking for GOOD QUALITY sewing and quilting and the best price I can get so before I make a final selection of a manufacturer who is within my price range I will send a set of materials for you to assemble and send back to me. I will make the final selection based on the best work I can afford. I am willing to pay for shipping.
I will be placing orders in quantities of 100 and 300 to start. HOWEVER, I WILL EVENTUALLY WANT QUANTITIES OF 1000 TO 3000. I would like a price for each quantity.
In addition, please submit an estimate of shipping costs to Carson, California. Please estimate how long it would take to assemble and deliver completed quilts.
I have several goals for my little company and would like to establish a long-term relationship with a manufacturer that is reliable and professional. Thank you for reading my request and I look forward to hearing from you.
