A)We are the Hong Kong exporter to export the garments to European Market.
B)At this moment, our buyer would like to buy 7,000 pcs Manhattan Winter Jacket (as per the attached Manhattan Winter Jacket picture).
C)Attached pls find the details of this Manhattan Winter Jacket with some details as follows :
-This Manhattan Winter Jacket is to be used in the temperature in -10C degree to -15C degree.
-Shell material : Change to use 100% nylon heavy taslan 320D with pu coating
-Upper half body lining + padding making : top layer in 180gms padding + lower layer in 270gms polar fleece (Two layer making method) ; to keep warm in temperature in -10C degree to -15C degree.
-Lower half body lining + padding making : top layer in 180gms padding + lower layer in polyester 190T lining
-Sleeve lining + padding : to use 140gms padding + polyester 190T lining
-Change to Winter hood making (detachable with buttons) : Shell in nylon heavy taslan 320D/pu + 180gms padding + polyester 190T lining
-To add one reflective piping at front yoke
-To make two inside pockets making with zipper opening
-Cancel the rubber badge at the front left bottom
-Elastic drawstring + stopper at the inside bottom
-The size spec of size : XL is :
1/2 Chest : 65 cm
1/2 bottom : 64 cm
Centre back length : 82 cm
Sleeve length (fm shoulder pt) : 66 cm
Armhole : 32 cm
